Alpheva uses Plaid to connect your financial institutions securely. Plaid connections are GLBA-compliant, encrypted, and trusted by the largest financial companies in the world. Your banking login details are never stored or seen by us.

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider. Your card details never touch our servers and are tokenized and stored securely by Stripe.

Alpheva runs on AWS, leveraging infrastructure certified for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP Moderate controls. Our cloud environment follows best practices for security, reliability, and scalability.

We use industry-standard encryption throughout the platform:

• AES-256 encryption for all data at rest on our databases and storage.
• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all network communication.

Access to systems is strictly limited through least-privilege role-based controls, multi-factor authentication, and secure IAM practices. We use continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect and respond to anomalies in real time.

We follow modern secure-software practices, including code review, dependency scanning, API validation, secure secret storage, and continuous patching. Our systems are updated regularly to guard against new vulnerabilities.
