FAQs

Everything you need to know about using Alpheva AI.

What is Alpheva AI?

Alpheva AI brings your financial life into one place so you can make better coordinated decisions. It connects your accounts, taxes, investments, debt, insurance, spending, income, and financial documents in a single view.

Alpheva analyzes that picture to surface opportunities and provides AI-powered guidance, with access to human financial advisors when you need deeper support.

Who is Alpheva AI built for?

Alpheva AI is built for high-earning households with financial decisions that span more than one area. It is a strong fit for professionals, families, executives, founders, and business owners managing taxes, investments, equity compensation, debt, insurance, real estate, and long-term goals.

Use Alpheva when basic budgeting tools or disconnected advisors no longer give you the full picture.

How is Alpheva AI different from other financial apps?

Most financial apps show you what happened. Alpheva connects taxes, investments, debt, insurance, spending, and planning to help you decide what to do next.

It pairs personalized AI guidance with human advisor support for decisions that need a second set of eyes.

How does Alpheva replace the need for multiple financial platforms and advisors?

Alpheva replaces scattered financial tools with one coordinated view of your household finances. You can track net worth and cash flow, organize documents, receive AI-powered insights, and get support for investing, retirement, taxes, insurance, debt, equity compensation, and estate planning.

You can keep the advisors and providers you already trust while using Alpheva to coordinate the broader picture.

Where is Alpheva based?

How do I get started with Alpheva?

Once your information is connected, you can begin using your financial dashboard, insights, tools, and AI-powered guidance. No advanced financial knowledge is required.

Can I use Alpheva for my business?

Alpheva is for personal household finances, not business operations. It does not provide business bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, or business tax filing.

If you are a founder, freelancer, or business owner, Alpheva can still help coordinate your personal taxes, investments, equity compensation, debt, insurance, cash flow, and long-term goals.

Is Alpheva a fiduciary?

Alpheva is a financial technology platform and does not itself act as a fiduciary. When professional advice is needed, Alpheva connects you with qualified human financial professionals, including fiduciary advisors where applicable, who operate under the standards and regulatory requirements of their respective professions.

Alpheva’s role is to bring your financial life together, identify opportunities, coordinate expertise, and help you make more informed decisions across taxes, investments, debt, insurance, estate planning, and other areas of your finances.

Who are Alpheva’s financial experts?

Alpheva gives you access to a network of qualified financial professionals across the major areas of your financial life. Depending on your needs, this may include CFP® professionals, CPAs and tax professionals, licensed investment advisors, insurance specialists, estate-planning professionals, and debt and lending specialists.

Instead of expecting one advisor to be an expert in everything, Alpheva connects you with the right expertise for the decision at hand while keeping your financial picture coordinated in one place.

Does Alpheva hold or custody my money?

No. Alpheva is not a custodian and does not require you to transfer your assets to Alpheva. Your money and investments remain with your existing banks, brokerages, and financial institutions.

Alpheva helps identify and recommend actions based on your financial picture. You remain in control: when an action requires your approval, you decide whether to proceed, and Alpheva can help coordinate and implement the approved action with the appropriate financial professional or provider.

Do I need to move my investments or change my existing advisors?

No. You do not need to move your investments or replace professionals you already trust.

Alpheva is designed to work alongside your existing financial advisor, CPA, attorney, insurance professional, lender, or other financial professionals. You can bring your existing advisors into your financial ecosystem and use Alpheva’s specialists wherever you have gaps.

This gives you the flexibility to keep the experts you trust, add expertise where you need it, and coordinate everything through one financial picture.
