This privacy notice for RevEx Technologies, Inc. (d/b/a Alpheva, "Alpheva," "we," "us," or "our") explains how and why we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Alpheva Platform and our related services (the "Services"), including via www.alpheva.com, our mobile apps, in-app features, and other interactions.

- Fast setup: we collect only what's necessary to deliver personalized, AI-powered financial guidance.
- Sensitive data: processed only with your opt-in when legally required.
- AI & model use: de-identified data may improve models; you can opt out.
- No custody of funds / not an RIA: informational guidance only.
- Rights: access, correct, delete, export, or opt out of certain uses.
- Third parties: limited to service providers, partners you authorize, and lawful requests.
- Security: strong safeguards in place, though no system is perfect.
1. What Information We Collect
Personal information you provide
- Contact & account details: name, email, phone, username, password, mailing address.
- Profile & financial background: income ranges, employment status, investment goals, risk tolerance, assets, and other inputs used for personalized guidance.
- Authentication & verification: ID documents or information where required.
- Payment & billing: payment method details (processed via third-party providers; we don't store full card numbers).
- Communications: support requests, feedback, chat transcripts, recordings or messages.
- Social login data: information you authorize (e.g., Google SSO).
- Content & messages: text or uploads you submit to the Service.
All information must be accurate and truthful.
Sensitive personal information
Certain financial account details, credit-worthiness data, and biometric or identity data are treated as sensitive. We obtain explicit opt-in consent where required before processing these for non-core purposes (e.g., credit decisioning or advanced verification).
Automatically collected information
- Log and usage data: IP address, device info, pages visited, timestamps.
- Device & diagnostic data: OS version, crash logs, browser type.
- Location data: approximate from IP; precise only if enabled.
- Cookies and similar tech: see Section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Operate and maintain the Services.
- Personalize content and AI-based guidance.
- Communicate about accounts, features, or policy updates.
- Process payments and subscriptions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting.
- Improve models and analytics (with opt-out options).
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with laws and legal requests.
Processing bases include consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
2A. Limitation on Sensitive Personal Information Use
We collect and use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide requested services;
- Fulfill expected operational purposes;
- Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use or disclose sensitive data for marketing, profiling, or sale. You may exercise your "Right to Limit" by emailing support@alpheva.com or using in-app settings.
3. AI, Model Training & Your Content
- Use of content: inputs and messages may be used to generate answers and improve our AI models; personal data is de-identified where feasible.
- Your choices: you can opt out of model-training use by email or settings.
- Automated outputs: Alpheva provides informational guidance only and is not a registered investment adviser.
4. When and With Whom We Share Data
- Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, AI/ML vendors, communications, payments.
- Affiliates & transactions: as needed for mergers or acquisitions (with notice).
- Authorized partners: only if you enable a connection or integration.
- Legal & safety: to comply with law or protect rights.
- Aggregated data: shared in non-identifiable form.
We do not sell personal information for advertising.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for analytics and security. You can manage preferences via browser or settings.
Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising & Opt-Out
We do not engage in third-party behavioral advertising unless disclosed. If introduced, you may opt out via settings or email support@alpheva.com (subject "Advertising Opt-Out").
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize GPC signals and other universal opt-out mechanisms where required by law.
6. Social Logins & Connected Accounts
If you log in through a social account, we receive the authorized data and use it per this policy. For financial account connections, you expressly authorize data sharing; Alpheva does not custody funds.
7. International Transfers
Our servers are in the United States. Your data may be processed there under U.S. laws.
If you access from outside the U.S., you understand that protections may differ, but we apply reasonable safeguards and contracts to protect your information.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We retain data only as needed for service delivery, compliance, and fraud prevention. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
9. How We Protect Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring).
Absolute security cannot be guaranteed, but we will notify users of any breach as required by law.
10. Children
Alpheva is intended for adults (18+). If we learn of data from a minor, we delete it.
11. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Users)
Depending on state law, you may request:
- Access to your data.
- Correction of inaccuracies.
- Deletion of certain data.
- Opt-out of sales or targeted ads.
- Restriction or Portability rights.
We verify requests for security, which may include confirming account details. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

12. How to Exercise Choices & Opt-Outs
- Account settings → privacy preferences.
- Marketing emails → click "unsubscribe."
- Model-training opt-out → email or settings.
- Other requests → support@alpheva.com.
13. State-Specific Notices (U.S.)
We comply with applicable state laws (e.g., CA CCPA/CPRA, VA VCDPA, CO CPA, CT CTDPA, UT UCPA). If your state grants additional rights, include your state in your request email and we will honor it.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
Linked third-party sites and integrations are subject to their own privacy notices. We are not responsible for their policies or content.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as laws or services change. We will update the "last updated" date and provide notice of material changes through the Services or email.
